School READi HQ™Refund Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective date: October 13, 2026. School READi HQ subscriptions are sold by Daniel Shook, doing business as School READi HQ™ through our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders.
1. Refunds
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net (https://paddle.net) and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or contact our support team at support@schoolreadihq.com and we will help you through it.
2. Cancellations and renewals
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. After the trial, the subscription renews each month or year unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you paid for, and no further charges are made.
3. After a refund
When a refund is issued for a period, access for that period ends. Your account data is kept and can be exported for 30 days, then deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
